This is where the rate at becomes important

A fully automated process may be a step too far; there might be scenarios where a technical issue means an update needs to be aborted, OSRS Gold and relying on a fully automated procedure to take care of every possible failure scenario and stop when needed is probably unwise. Having a couple breaks in the process is a great safety net. You probably don't need your gamers downloading the new version of the customer until you're certain the new servers are up and running.

But one vital question to be asking yourself before pushing the very first Big Red Button is: what will I do if that doesn't work? If the deployment of this new version of your game is only partially successful, or the servers will not begin, are you can redeploy the preceding, working version of this game and get your players back in, or are they will need to sit down and stare at the login screen while you work out what has gone wrong?

Even trickier is that the question of what you will do if the upgrade works but a matter is found by players. This is where the rate at becomes important. When you are just releasing the latest content a quick process is handy, but not strictly required. When you are trying to patch a live issue, however, being able to set up a solution quickly is a lot more important, cheap Runescape gold especially with player impression.

Together with RuneScape, backing out an upgrade that has gone and reusing the prior version is rarely possible. Suddenly players would be carrying things which didn't exist or maintain another state that is broken. What we might do is use our hotfix system that allows content scripts to be updated by us without needing closed down the game or to do a complete deploy. This allows us to either fix an issue or, if need be, simply disable the offending piece of content while we produce and examine a definitive fix.
